SEMINAR INFORMATION
Title: “Basic RV Electricity”
Presenter: Dale Lee Sumner, RVIA Master Certified RV Service Technician and President of Mobile RV Medic, Inc.
Description: A basic introduction to the 120 volt electrical service system of your RV. A clear explanation
of how and why it is different from the electrical service at your house. Plus easily understood clarification
about what Watts, Volts, and Amps are, and how they affect everyday living in your RV. The differences
between 30 amp and 50 amp wiring services are discussed in detail. Also there will be plain talk about the
dangers of Bad Wiring at the post (Open Grounds, Reverse Polarity, Open Neutrals, and Accidental 240 volts)
-- High and Low Voltage -- as well as Electrical Surges.
Presented in plain, common sense English -- This is NOT an "over your head, you are going to be lost" seminar !!!
All the ladies are strongly encouraged to attend.
Time Frame: One and a half hours is optimal. (One hour is almost achievable, but allows no time for questions and answers)
